This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge research and insights within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Global Business Services (GBS) and Customer Experience (CX) sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the research agenda, driving the analytical process, and contributing to the creation of comprehensive market intelligence reports.
You will leverage your analytical skills to dissect market trends, evaluate business opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that help our clients navigate the complexities of the GBS/BPO/CX landscape. This position is ideal for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for research, analysis, and the power of data to inform business strategy.
The role is a fully remote position.
Candidates are required to email their CVs for analysis before interviews are arranged.
- Actioning research deliverables across projects, specialising in the research of the Global Business Services, Business Process Outsourcing and Customer Experience industries.
- Conduct data analysis from survey data/results and other secondary data sources.
- Conducting desktop/secondary research for market and industry reports and surveys.
- Prepare and write content for research projects produced by the Company, including surveys, master plans, strategy documents, drill-down and drill-through client/partner special research reports and whitepapers.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and run and manage stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Project market valuations on a global, regional and country level using advanced Excel functions and statistical techniques.
- Create presentations and present to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop survey and interview questions.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: two-plus years of experience in research, business analysis, or a related field. Experience in the GBS/BPO/CX sectors is highly desirable.
- Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Advanced skills in Excel, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other statistical functions.
- Research skills: Strong capability in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, including desktop research, survey design, and execution, as well as stakeholder interviews.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Project management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
- Critical thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to draw conclusions from data.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and collaborate with colleagues and clients across different levels, functions and countries.
- Language akills: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Time management: Ability to manage your time effectively, since the role is fully remote.
